Why would you like to join CSR and how could you help improve the team? I would be very excited to join CSR. I have many friends on the team, and I think it's a very friendly team that has a good name on TC. I've never been a part of a team and I believe I would enjoy the team experience. I'm not sure if I could improve the team as it has such a high standing, but I will do myself to drive well and be the best I can be.
